Our group uses Hawksoft in a unique way. We started the Vesuvius Group to help other independent agents get their start! Currently our Group consists of 6 agencies all sharing the Hawksoft platform. At the start, as I’m sure you can imagine, trying to organize reports and ensure all commissions are tracking for the correct location was overwhelming. However, with the help of Hawksoft and their accounting systems we have been able to keep everything organized and have had two years of success as a Group! We will dive into how to track commissions, pulling accurate reports, and sifting through the data on both an individual agency level and with multiple offices in the mix.
